Introducing Michael and Stacie Jacobs

The Jacobs have been licensed for 2 years.  They provide a safe, loving, and nurturing home for all the children placed in their care and are strong advocates for them.  They are willing to work with birth families to maintain the family connection and have been involved in family and sibling visits.  They are always willing to help out and go above and beyond to ensure the children in their care receive all the services they need.

*Thank you Michael and Stacie Jacobs*

              STAFF  KUDOS

         Congratulations:   Lew Clark

Child Welfare Case Manager Supervisor

         Children's Network of SWFL

Lew, Thank you for your wonderful work and exceptional responsiveness to requests from our stakeholders in service to our children and families.  We are so fortunate to have you supervise and guide some of our professional staff.  Thank you for all you do to fulfill our mission, you make us all proud to be your colleague.

Nadereh Salim, MBA, Chief Executive Officer/Children's Network of Southwest Florida

Ms. Salim, wanted to send a recognition to one of you employees, Mr. Llewellyn Clark.  We have been managing a difficult situation, in which we needed to move a child from one home to another in Lee County.  (Your team has been providing OTI supervision). With little notice, Lew agreed to complete a walk-though of the new home, as well as take pictures and enter a note in FSFN, so we could move the child into her new home, with hopefully as little impact as possible on the child.  We can't thank him enough for going out of his way this afternoon to assist us with this.  I wish all OTI interactions were as positive as this one. Save my contact information in case you guys ever need anything from the Panhandle.
