Introducing Patty and Steve

Patty and Steve have been foster parents since 2013. Since that time, the family has been instrumental in the lives of many children and their families. A significant strength has been in their ability to maintain sibling groups in their home. Not only so, but the family is renowned for extending themselves to the birth parents of the children in their care. So strong has been the connection-that in many cases, the families remain in touch long after the children are reunified.
For this family, fostering is very much a calling and this is demonstrated in their advocacy of their foster children. They have immersed themselves fully into all aspects of the children’s care and are well valued as outstanding members of the Child Welfare professional team

Remembering Betty Busbee, former CNSWFL Board Member and Pilot Club Member for her many contributions to Child Welfare. The Pilot Club continues to support CNSWFL and we were honored to receive their $500.00 donation. Thank you for presenting at our Management Meeting Fran, Jody and Janet. We are grateful for you and all Pilot Club members, past and present ♥

We are proud to announce that Children’s Network of SWFL is a recipient of the 2018-2019 United Way of Charlotte County Collaborative Partners Grant “Mentoring for Success” ♥

Neal Communities supports Children's Network of Southwest Florida with their contribution of $2500.

Shy Wolf Sanctuary Education & Experience Center forms partnerships with area organizations in our Healing Hearts program. Because our animals come to us from abused, abandoned and neglectful situations, a magical healing connection is made with humans who have had similar experiences in their lives. Abusers oftentimes start by abusing animals and this partnership is allowing us to raise awareness so as to prevent child abuse.
